How It Works
01.
Prep Call
Once your VIP session is booked, you’ll automatically schedule a short kickoff call. On that call we’ll set priorities, define what “done” looks like, and lock in your VIP Day on the calendar. I’ll also tell you what to bring and what to have ready, so we can hit the ground running.
02.
Your VIP Day
On your VIP Day, I focus fully on your brand. We tackle your top priorities from brand refreshes to web updates to new pieces your business needs right now. You’re “on call” for quick feedback and decisions so we can keep things moving without getting stuck.
03.
Post-Day Support
After your VIP Day, you get up to 1 hour of additional revisions for final touchups so everything feels tight, clear, and ready to use. If you want to keep going after that, you can always book another Half or Full-Day when you’re ready.
FAQs
Who are VIP Days for?
VIP Days are for past and current Touchpoint clients who already have a brand or website we built together. You are a great fit if your work has evolved, your site or brand assets have not, or you want to create new pieces (web, visuals, copy, collateral) so everything matches where your business is now.
How does scheduling my VIP Day work?
When you book your Half-Day or Full-Day VIP, you’ll automatically schedule a free 20-minute kickoff call. On that call, we’ll set priorities and lock in the date for your VIP Day together. I’ll also share what to bring so you feel prepared and we can get right to work.
If you’d rather talk things through before committing, you can always book a separate 20-minute check-in first.
Do I have to do a Full Day, or can I start with a Half Day?
You do not have to jump straight into a Full Day. Half Days are great for a tighter punch list or one main area of focus. Full Days are better for bigger shifts, multiple pages, or a mix of brand and web updates. If you are unsure, you can book a 20-minute check-in and we can choose together.
What if we don’t finish everything on my list?
We’ll prioritize before your day so the highest-impact work happens first. If there is more to do after that, you can always book an additional Half or Full Day. That keeps things clear and focused instead of dragging projects out.
What platforms and formats can you work on?
If we built your site or brand together, you are covered. Most of my clients are on platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, or similar. In addition to your website, we can also work on brand assets like visuals, copy, and collateral (things like one-pagers, PDFs, or social graphics). If your setup is more custom or technical, we can talk quickly beforehand to make sure it’s a fit.
What if I want more support or have more questions?
There is no monthly retainer required. If you want more help after your VIP Day, you can book additional VIP sessions as needed. Some clients like to schedule one or two VIP Days a year to keep things evolving.
