CEO & Brand Design Strategist
Jake is the heart behind Touchpoint. Part brand strategist, part creative coach, part “how-did-you-put-that-into-words?” magician. He has a gift for digging deep and pulling out the clarity, confidence, and character behind every brand. Whether he's leading a strategy sprint or fine-tuning messaging, Jake helps purpose-driven leaders find their voice and rally their people.
He’s passionate about tacos, connection, and big ideas with soul. Fun fact: his twin Shayna keeps him grounded (and humble) as Touchpoint’s go-to strategist behind the scenes. And he firmly believes the best brands don’t just look good… they move people.

Creative Director & Brand Nerd
Ali is a design powerhouse with a mind for strategy and an eye for detail. As Creative Director at Touchpoint, he brings brands to life online. Pairing pixel-perfect websites with bold, intentional identities. Whether he’s mapping user flows or obsessing over type pairings, Ali’s passion for brand-building shows up in every touchpoint.
With a background in motion design and a knack for systems thinking, he makes even the most complex ideas feel simple, seamless, and stunning. Around here, we call him our resident brand nerd and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Shayna Kleinman Phillips
Strategic Advisor & Operations Whisperer
Shayna brings equal parts strategy and soul to Touchpoint. A Navy Officer by trade and business brain by nature, she keeps big ideas grounded in real-world execution. From naming brainstorms to spreadsheet wizardry, she brings sharp thinking, tough love, and unexpected creative flair to every project.
She’s got a soft spot for crafts, her dog Quinn, and solving problems before they become problems. Her superpower? Making sense of the chaos and helping brands make bold, smart moves.

Chief Vibes Officer & Squirrel Security
Quinn may not join client calls, but he’s a vital part of the team. From sunbathing in the studio to boosting team morale with his perfect side-eye, he reminds us that every brand needs heart… and a good nap.
He’s loyal to Shayna, adores Uncle Jake, and takes his squirrel patrol duties very seriously. Not a fan of 5Ks or being ignored. Big fan of socks, sticks, and water.
