The Challenge
CrossFit Fairmount had the heart, the hustle, and a loyal member base, but their online presence didn’t reflect the energy inside their gym. The website felt dated, lacked clarity on offers, and didn’t help convert curious visitors into active members. Beyond that, they wanted to reinvigorate their community through merchandise that felt modern, fun, and distinctly them, but needed help bringing that vision to life.
The Outcome
We redesigned their website with a clear, inviting flow that made it easy for new visitors to take action while highlighting the authentic community vibe that sets CFF apart. The homepage now leads with confidence and connection. From there, we created a vibrant merchandise line that injected fresh energy into the gym, balancing cheeky, goose-themed designs (a nod to their owner Paul “Goose” Donovan) with bold, wearable pieces that members love to rep in and out of the gym. The result? A revitalized brand experience that looks as strong as it feels.
